Forty-five apartments by the sea, two to four rooms.

Apartments of 55.79 to 138.63 m² (about 600 to 1,490 sq ft) with two to four rooms, each with a loggia, a balcony or a terrace; renewable heating with underfloor heating, parquet floors and large-format tiles; elevator access to every floor, barrier-free.

Walls as MABUDO prefabricated elements, reinforced concrete and insulation in one; the wall version for the German code is published when the project team confirms it.

02 · The project

Four houses, one garage, the ground kept free of cars.

Hanshäger Straße 18 to 21 in Ostseeheilbad Zingst, on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula: about 300 m to the beach, the pier and the harbor within walking distance. Four three-story houses named after composers stand over one underground garage with 77 spaces, EV charging and bicycle places, so the ground stays free of cars.

03 · The system

MABUDO elements, assembled on the Baltic coast.

The four houses, H1 to H4, are built from MABUDO prefabricated elements cast on the line in Zduńska Wola and assembled on site over an underground garage completed first: 2025 groundbreaking and garage, 2026 the shells of the four houses, 2027 completion and handover planned.

Factory-made elements reduce wet work on site; foundations, connections and finishing follow the project specification.
