What remains, and who does it
- Utility connections to the plot (power, water, wastewater): always outside the package; MABUDO quotes and arranges them as a separate service, before you sign
- Interior finishing: floors, wall colors, interior doors, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the sanitary fittings: yours, or a finishing crew of your choice
- Photovoltaics: optional, priced in the configurator
- Selected additional works on the plot: quoted separately
Scope as MABUDO defines it, Poland, September 2026. The exact FINISH scope comes with the specification and the contract. Plot suitability is checked against dimensions, access and local planning requirements.
