01 · The home

A MABUDO catalog home, priced before production.

The catalog holds 35 designs in four families. The buyer configures the home on one screen with every option priced, chooses a delivery package with a named scope, and knows price, scope and date before production starts. 52 of the 53 first-stage homes are the MAB110 design.

The home and the wall

The Lagom home is 94.79 m² (about 1,020 sq ft) with four rooms on two stories. What arrives is a reinforced-concrete home on the MABUDO ECO wall, which combines reinforced concrete and insulation, the same technology as URBA Haven in Dobra: non-combustible, quiet through mass, with low heat loss. Photovoltaics and a heat pump are standard.

02 · The project

A neighborhood on a south-facing hill.

Lagom sits on a south-facing hill in Krzywaczka, 25 minutes from the center of Kraków: 53 homes in the first stage and 22 modern barns in the second, 75 in all. Planned with the homes: a park with a playground, an outdoor gym, a sauna and a cold plunge, and full road infrastructure.

Lagom is the Scandinavian word for "just right": a plot a family can look after.

03 · The system

From production to handover in about four months.
