URBA Quell is URBA's development partnership in northern Germany with Quell Real Estate of Rostock. Sinfonie No.2: 45 apartments in four three-story houses about 300 m from the beach, on MABUDO elements. Started in 2025, the shell rising in 2026, completion planned for 2027.
Stage I of Lagom Village is 53 catalog homes, 52 of them the MAB110 design, on MABUDO ECO walls with photovoltaics and heat pumps as standard. URBA is the developer; the homes are the same catalog homes a delivery partner sells one at a time. On sale, permit issued.
