2D: walls, floors and roofs cast flat in a factory and raised on the plot. 3D: whole rooms finished in a hall and set by crane. Most offsite companies master one. URBA runs both, MABUDO for panels and UCUBER for modules, and combines them where a building needs both.

The two methods

The building chooses. Not the factory.

A family home wants a concrete envelope that local trades finish: panels. A hotel repeats one room two hundred times and earns from the day it opens: modules.

Permanence where it matters. Speed where it counts.

A MABUDO envelope carries the structure and the architecture; UCUBER rooms set inside carry the calendar and the finish. One crane sets both, one contract covers both.

Design, software, assembly

One group from the drawing to the keys.

Offsite works when the design is factory-ready and the site builds what the factory made. Three companies hold that in one hand, joined by one record: every element carries a digital identifier from the released drawing to the crane.

The model

Every wall has its own digital model. Windows, sockets, underfloor heating pipes and reinforcement are all drawn before production starts.
