You bring the customer. URBA brings the product.
Every delivery partner starts at the same level and moves up at its own pace. The technology stays the same.
Your customers configure a home from the catalog on your own website. Your team finishes the interior to the customer's package.
Manufactured in the factory, assembled with the foundation if you want, and your company listed on urba.com.
Your crew learns the sequence on a live home, then sets the elements itself or leaves assembly to the factory, project by project.
Apartments, hotels, small developments: designed with URBA Architects, turned into factory-ready information, produced as factory-made elements.
The three levels, in full
Starting level. You are the outlet to the customer. Your customers configure a home from the catalog on your website; the factory manufactures the watertight envelope and assembles it on the plot, with the foundation if you want. Your team finishes it. URBA lists you on urba.com.
Once trained. You take the building envelopes from the factory and assemble them yourself, or leave assembly to the factory's crews project by project. URBA trains your crew on a live home, hands over a simple manual, delivers the elements in the assembly sequence with the crane plan, and supports the first assemblies on site.
As you grow into development. You bring bespoke projects, apartments, hotels, small developments, and sell, deliver and complete them in your region, choosing how much is finished in the factory. URBA designs the building with URBA Architects, turns the design into factory-ready information and produces in 2D, 3D or a hybrid, matched to the project.
Go bigger, or do what you do best at greater scale.
Both paths keep your brand, your team and your customers.
Small developments, then apartments, hotels and other vertical buildings, with the DFMA service behind each step.
The DFMA serviceStructure and facade fast-tracked from the factory; your team customizes the interiors for your clients.
The toolsBring your company. Or bring a project.
A delivery partner starts with catalog homes in its region. A strategic partner brings a pipeline. The first conversation is short.
