The 119 and 146 m² homes, against an average Polish home of the same size gas-heated at the national average characteristic, come to PLN 1,768 and 2,105 a year against PLN 5,982 and 7,281.

Across the 68 homes of phase 1, the analysis gives about PLN 268,000 a year less spent by the residents and about 186 t of CO₂ a year not emitted. Calculated for completed homes under standard use assumptions; actual consumption depends on the household.
