Walls that arrive finished.

Your home stands in days. Walls, floors and roof are made in the factory, with the insulation inside and the facade already on. On the plot, one crane and a crew of five set them in a planned order.

The relief of a MABUDO ROBUST facing, cast against the mold

The method

One system, from a family home to an apartment building.

Each element is made indoors while the foundations are poured, then delivered in the order the crane needs it.

0:00

5 people + 1 crane + 5 days = 1 house

With its walls and roof structure. Five more days and it is watertight: roof covering, gutters, windows and doors.

Two walls, one system

Choose the wall by the building.

Both are reinforced concrete with the insulation built in, cast on the same tables and set by the same crane.

MABUDO ECO®

Versatile for flexible interiors. Perfect for single-family homes.

R-39thermal resistance, U 0.147 W/m²K

39 ftthe longest panel, 12 m, one piece

2 layersconcrete outside, insulation inside

Reinforced concrete outside, insulation inside in graphite EPS, mineral wool or PIR, the facade already on the concrete.
Wiring and pipes run in the gap behind the dry lining, so outlets, switches and fixtures go where the plan wants them, now or after a remodel.
Every opening is wrapped in insulation for a warm window installation, with no thermal bridge at the frame.

MABUDO ROBUST®

For maximum strength and robustness. Ideal for multistory buildings.

104 lb/ft²510 kg/m², twice the mass of ECO

59 dBsound insulation between apartments

3 layersconcrete on both sides, insulation in the core

An architectural-concrete facing, an insulation core and a load-bearing concrete wall, cast as one panel.
Fiberglass connectors tie the facing to the structure without a thermal bridge; panels lock together with steel loops or concrete keys.
The facade is cast against the mold: color, texture and relief leave the factory finished.

Inside the wall

Structure, insulation and facade. One panel.

Steel in the concrete, insulation without a gap, the finish cast in. Nothing is added on site that the factory could do better.

ECO. Versatile, for flexible interiors. Made for single-family homes.

The detail at the foundation and the floor, as the factory draws it. Layer thicknesses are set per project to meet the U-value it needs.

The facade

The facade comes out of the mold.

Relief, texture and color are cast into the concrete, not coated onto it.
