The final cost of the build didn't differ by a single złoty from the estimate I received. A big advantage is that when signing with MABUDO you receive an estimate with guaranteed prices. Market fluctuations simply didn't affect us.

A house advertised from 200 thousand is usually the bare shell. Foundations, facade, heating and ventilation arrive later, on separate invoices. A FINISH price has a named scope and does not drift.

The walls are cast in the factory while the foundations are poured on the plot. Payment follows agreed milestones.
