URBA HAVEN (pol. Ostoja) is a human-scale residential community in Dobra, 20 minus from Szczecin, just 1.5 hours from Berlin - offering detached, semi-detached, and terraced homes built with an efficient prefabricated system that ensures durable quality, fast delivery, and outstanding value for money.

URBA HAVEN is one of URBA’s first large-scale attainable neighborhoods, delivered entirely through industrialized construction at exceptional cost efficiency. Designed around a factory-led process, the project minimizes on-site labor while maximizing manufacturing performance. The community comprises three standardized home types - 56 semi-detached, 28 detached, and 22 terraced homes - totaling approximately 200.000 sq ft and optimized for efficient production. All homes were manufactured and delivered within a single year, with only two on-site crews required to complete the watertight core and shell. Delivered through URBA’s fully integrated value chain, URBA HAVEN proves that prime locations, attainable architecture, high-performance processes, sustainability, and accelerated delivery work together to create real, lasting value.
Efficient Reinforced Concrete Construction, Optimized for Attainable Housing
URBA HAVEN is built using MABUDO ECO® reinforced concrete wall system- a two-layer, factory-produced envelope with integrated insulation, designed for durability, acoustic comfort, and high energy efficiency at outstanding cost performance.
Thermal & energy performance
MABUDO ECO walls achieve U ≈ 0.28–0.34 W/m²K (≈ R-17–R-20 US), comparable to U.S. IECC 2021 code-compliant 2×6 wood-frame construction. Overall building performance reaches Ep ≈ 60 kWh/m²·year (≈ 19 kBtu/ft²·year), enabled by a thermally optimized, airtight prefabricated envelope.
Acoustic performance
Reinforced concrete mass delivers STC 52–55, meeting or exceeding U.S. inter-unit acoustic requirements without additional layers, effectively reducing speech and street noise.
Durability & fire safety
Inherent fire resistance, moisture resilience, and long service life reduce maintenance and support long-term residential value.
